This AI Disclaimer / AI Use Policy explains how Eazr Digipayments Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and controlled entities operating under the EAZR brand (“EAZR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) make available AI-enabled features, tools, and services, including Hibiscus, our AI-native insurance intelligence engine (collectively, the “AI Services”).
By accessing or using Hibiscus or any AI-enabled feature made available by EAZR, you acknowledge and agree to this AI Disclaimer / AI Use Policy.
1. What Hibiscus Is
Hibiscus is EAZR’s AI-native insurance intelligence engine. It is designed to help users better understand insurance by supporting workflows such as:
policy understanding and policy-document analysis;
structured extraction of insurance-related information;
summaries, comparisons, and policy-related explanations;
protection visibility and gap identification;
reminders, prompts, and insurance-related guidance;
premium financing-related information flows, where applicable.
Hibiscus is intended to improve clarity, accessibility, and navigation in insurance-related journeys. It is not intended to replace legally binding documents, regulated decision-making, or professional judgment where required.
2. Nature of AI Outputs
Hibiscus generates outputs using automated systems, machine learning models, rules, retrieved data, and other computational processes.
Because of the nature of AI systems:
outputs may be incomplete;
outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies;
outputs may depend on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the information provided;
outputs may not reflect the most current regulatory, insurer, underwriting, or product position at all times;
different prompts or inputs may produce different outputs.
You should treat AI outputs as assistive and informational, not final, guaranteed, or authoritative by themselves.
3. No Insurance Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a regulated and authorized context, Hibiscus and related AI Services do not provide:
regulated insurance advice;
broker advice;
underwriting decisions;
claim approval decisions;
insurer-issued interpretations binding on any insurer;
guaranteed plan recommendations;
binding policy suitability determinations.
AI outputs are designed to help you understand and navigate insurance information more effectively. Final insurance decisions should always be assessed against actual insurer-issued documents, policy wording, partner terms, and any regulated human advice where legally required.
4. No Legal, Financial, Tax, Medical, or Professional Advice
The AI Services do not constitute and must not be relied upon as:
legal advice;
tax advice;
financial advice;
investment advice;
medical advice;
actuarial advice;
claims-settlement advice;
any other licensed or professional advice.
If your situation requires professional or regulated advice, you should consult the relevant qualified professional or authorized regulated entity.
5. No Guarantee of Accuracy, Completeness, or Outcome
EAZR does not warrant that AI outputs will always be:
accurate;
complete;
current;
error-free;
suitable for your specific circumstances;
accepted by insurers, lenders, NBFCs, TPAs, intermediaries, regulators, or other third parties.
Use of the AI Services does not guarantee:
policy issuance;
continuation of coverage;
claim admission or settlement;
underwriting approval;
eligibility for premium financing;
financing approval;
premium amount;
claim amount;
policy interpretation accepted by an insurer or authority.
Any actual product, policy, financing, servicing, underwriting, or claim outcome will depend on the relevant insurer, regulated partner, NBFC, lender, intermediary, platform rules, contractual terms, and applicable law.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
reviewing the information you provide;
uploading authentic, complete, and authorized documents only;
checking important outputs before acting on them;
verifying key facts against actual policy documents, insurer communications, and official partner records;
obtaining human review where the decision is important, high-value, regulated, disputed, or sensitive.
You should not rely solely on Hibiscus for decisions involving:
claims;
policy purchase;
policy replacement;
renewals;
premium financing;
disclosures to insurers;
nominee or family cover decisions;
legal disputes;
any matter where an error could materially affect rights, money, or protection.
7. Document Analysis Limitations
Where Hibiscus analyzes uploaded documents, the output depends on the quality and structure of the source material.
Limitations may arise from:
blurred or incomplete uploads;
poor scans or formatting;
handwritten or partially legible text;
missing pages;
image quality issues;
insurer-specific wording complexity;
ambiguous clauses or exclusions;
outdated or superseded document versions.
A document-based AI output should never be treated as a substitute for the full policy wording, endorsements, annexures, schedule, or insurer-issued terms.
8. Protection Scores, Insights, and Comparisons
Any protection score, gap insight, comparison result, summary, or categorization generated by EAZR or Hibiscus is intended to be an informational aid only.
Such outputs may be based on:
available uploaded documents;
extracted fields;
user-provided responses;
internal logic, models, or scoring frameworks;
contextual assumptions;
incomplete policy or portfolio information.
These outputs do not amount to a legal certification, suitability certification, underwriting opinion, actuarial opinion, or claim guarantee.
9. Human Review and Escalation
Some AI-enabled flows may be reviewed, audited, or escalated to human teams for purposes such as:
customer support;
quality assurance;
compliance;
safety and fraud prevention;
dispute handling;
partner servicing;
product improvement.
EAZR may, but is not obligated to, provide human review in every case.
10. Premium Financing and Partner Flows
Where Hibiscus or EAZR surfaces information related to premium financing, affordability, payment structuring, or partner-enabled flows:
the AI output is informational and facilitative in nature;
it is not a sanction letter, approval, or binding offer unless expressly stated by the relevant regulated entity;
final eligibility, approval, pricing, documentation, underwriting, disbursal, and servicing decisions rest with the relevant lender, NBFC, insurer, or partner.
You should read all partner terms, loan or financing disclosures, sanction conditions, repayment obligations, and product-specific documents carefully before proceeding.
11. Sensitive Information and Responsible Use
You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into open-text AI chat fields unless it is directly required for the service you are seeking.
If you upload documents or share information relating to another person, including a spouse, child, parent, dependent, or nominee, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
EAZR may implement controls, logs, retention measures, and security practices around AI-related processing as part of its platform obligations and compliance posture. India’s DPDP Rules, 2025 were notified on November 14, 2025, and CERT-In’s directions continue to require specified incident reporting and related security measures for covered entities.
12. Monitoring, Testing, and Improvement
To improve quality, safety, and reliability, EAZR may monitor, log, test, review, and analyze AI interactions, prompts, outputs, system behavior, and user feedback, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This may include use of interaction data for:
debugging;
performance monitoring;
hallucination reduction;
reliability testing;
model orchestration improvement;
retrieval improvement;
prompt and workflow refinement;
safety review;
fraud and misuse detection.
13. Availability and Change
Hibiscus and other AI-enabled features may change over time. We may:
add, remove, suspend, or modify AI features;
change model providers or system architecture;
alter output behavior, guardrails, or functionality;
disable features temporarily or permanently;
restrict use in certain geographies, workflows, or product states.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any AI feature.
14. Prohibited Reliance and Misuse
You must not use the AI Services:
for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes;
to submit forged or manipulated documents;
to reverse engineer, probe, or abuse the system;
to generate or transmit harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content;
as the sole basis for regulated, legal, or high-risk decisions without appropriate verification.
We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, abuse, safety risk, or legal non-compliance is detected.
15. Limitation of AI Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAZR disclaims liability arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs, including where such outputs are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or not accepted by a third party.
AI outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis as part of the Services and are subject to the broader disclaimers, limitations of liability, and other protections set out in our Terms of Service.

any product-specific disclosures, financing terms, partner terms, or regulatory notices shown in the relevant user flow
If there is any conflict between this AI Disclaimer and a product-specific regulated disclosure, the product-specific disclosure will govern for that flow.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AI Disclaimer / AI Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
AI functionality;
model architecture;
legal or regulatory expectations;
security or compliance requirements;
product design and workflows.
The updated version will be posted with the revised “Last Updated” date.
