These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, tools, content, communications, and services made available by Eazr Digipayments Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and controlled entities operating under the EAZR brand (“EAZR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Hibiscus, our AI-native insurance intelligence engine (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. About EAZR
EAZR is building an AI-native insurance intelligence and affordability layer focused on policy understanding, protection visibility, insurance organization, and insurance premium financing.
The Services may include, without limitation:
insurance-related information and content;
Hibiscus and other AI-enabled interfaces;
policy upload, storage, and analysis;
policy locker and family policy organization;
protection scoring, policy summaries, comparisons, and reminders;
premium financing, affordability, eligibility, waitlist, or partner-enabled flows;
customer support, educational resources, and communication tools.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EAZR is not promising that every feature described on the website is available at all times, in all geographies, or to all users.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if:
you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law;
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
If you are using the Services for or on behalf of another person, including a family member, dependent, nominee, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
We may suspend or refuse access where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate, current, and complete information;
keep your credentials secure and confidential;
promptly update any information that changes;
remain responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, risky, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Nature of the Services
EAZR provides a digital platform for insurance-related intelligence, organization, guidance, and affordability workflows.
The Services may help you:
upload and organize insurance policies;
understand policy structure, terms, and coverage;
identify possible protection gaps, overlaps, exclusions, or continuity risks;
receive AI-generated summaries, reminders, and prompts;
express interest in or access premium financing and partner-related services;
interact with Hibiscus for insurance-related questions and document understanding.
The Services are intended to support better understanding and decision-making. They are not a substitute for your own review of insurer-issued policy documents, regulated advice where required, or any binding terms issued by an insurer, lender, NBFC, broker, intermediary, or regulated partner.
5. AI Features and Hibiscus
Hibiscus is EAZR’s AI-native insurance intelligence engine.
By using Hibiscus or any AI-enabled feature, you understand and agree that:
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, probabilistic, or incorrect;
outputs are generated from the information available to the system at the time;
outputs are meant to assist understanding, not to replace legally binding policy wording or formal regulated advice;
you should independently verify important decisions, especially those involving policy purchase, renewals, claims, financing, underwriting, or legal consequences.
EAZR may use safeguards, review processes, and system controls to improve reliability, but we do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific situation.
We may monitor interactions with Hibiscus for quality, fraud prevention, safety, compliance, service improvement, and support purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. No Insurance Advice, Legal Advice, or Financial Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a regulated context, the Services, including Hibiscus, do not constitute:
legal advice;
tax advice;
medical advice;
financial advice;
investment advice;
regulated insurance advisory services;
a promise of claim approval, underwriting acceptance, or financing approval.
Any information, insight, analysis, comparison, or output provided through the Services is for general informational and assistance purposes only.
If you require regulated advice, legal interpretation, medical guidance, or a formal recommendation, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional or regulated entity.
7. No Guarantee of Coverage, Issuance, Claim Outcome, or Financing Approval
Use of the Services does not guarantee:
issuance of any insurance policy;
acceptance of any proposal;
continuation or renewal of coverage;
approval of any claim;
premium financing approval;
eligibility for any lender, NBFC, insurer, or partner product;
continuity of a particular feature, product, or offer.
Any insurance, financing, payment, servicing, or regulated product outcome is subject to the terms, underwriting, risk assessment, documentation, approval criteria, compliance checks, and final discretion of the relevant regulated entity or partner.
8. User Data and Uploaded Content
You may upload documents, text, data, communications, and other content through the Services (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to any rights of third parties.
By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant EAZR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, analyze, display, adapt, and use that content as necessary to:
provide and improve the Services;
generate summaries, analyses, reminders, and outputs;
support support, quality review, fraud prevention, and compliance;
maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the platform;
comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
You represent that:
you own the User Content or have authority to provide it;
the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
the content does not violate law or third-party rights;
you are authorized to upload any third-party or family-member data you submit.
We may remove or restrict any User Content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
9. Communications and Electronic Records
By using the Services, you consent to receive communications from EAZR electronically, including by email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app message, push notification, or website notice, where applicable.
You agree that electronic records and communications may satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 provides legal recognition to electronic records and electronic commerce-related communications.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details and for reviewing communications sent to you.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 establishes the current statutory framework for digital personal data in India, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 were formally notified in November 2025.
11. Payments, Financing, and Partner Services
Certain Services may involve premium financing, payment facilitation, waitlists, partner-routing, eligibility flows, or third-party service integrations.
Where applicable:
financing or payment services may be offered by or through regulated partners;
separate terms, consents, disclosures, underwriting criteria, and privacy notices may apply;
EAZR may act as a platform, facilitator, technology provider, arranger, or service interface, depending on the product structure;
final decisions regarding approval, issuance, pricing, underwriting, servicing, or disbursal may be made by the relevant insurer, NBFC, lender, payment partner, or regulated entity.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information in any such flow.
We may suspend or reject participation in partner-enabled services if information is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unverifiable, or raises fraud, security, or compliance concerns.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
violate any applicable law or regulation;
use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes;
upload forged, manipulated, malicious, or unauthorized documents or data;
impersonate any person or entity;
submit information you are not authorized to share;
interfere with platform security, performance, or availability;
reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services;
introduce malware, harmful code, bots, or automated abuse;
use the Services in any way that could damage EAZR, other users, partners, or third parties.
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary.
13. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, APIs, insurers, payment processors, financing partners, KYC providers, analytics providers, cloud vendors, messaging platforms, or other services.
EAZR does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, workflows, interfaces, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, features, audio, video, compilations, documentation, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to EAZR and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Services;
use EAZR’s trademarks, trade names, branding, or logos without prior written permission;
remove proprietary notices or labels.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the Services to you.
15. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, corrections, product requests, or recommendations regarding the Services, you grant EAZR a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, implement, and otherwise exploit that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
16. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may perform maintenance, upgrades, experiments, reviews, security interventions, or partner-related changes that affect availability or functionality.
17. Security and Incident Handling
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect the Services, but no system is completely secure.
You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, credentials, and access methods.
CERT-In’s 2022 directions require certain covered entities in India to report specified cyber incidents within six hours of noticing them or being informed of them.
If we believe your account, data, or use of the Services creates a security risk, we may suspend access, require verification, reset credentials, or take other protective measures.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services immediately if:
you breach these Terms;
we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
we are required to do so by law, partner requirement, or regulator;
your conduct creates risk to the Services, other users, or third parties;
your account information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable in a material way.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Termination does not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
19. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAZR disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees, express or implied, including warranties of:
accuracy;
completeness;
merchantability;
fitness for a particular purpose;
non-infringement;
uninterrupted availability;
error-free operation;
suitability of AI outputs for any particular use.
EAZR does not warrant that:
the Services will meet all your requirements;
the Services will always be available, secure, or free from bugs;
AI outputs will always be correct or reliable;
third-party services or partner flows will remain available.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAZR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, opportunity, or business interruption arising out of or relating to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAZR’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of:
the amount paid by you to EAZR for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim; or
INR 10,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EAZR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
your use or misuse of the Services;
your User Content;
your breach of these Terms;
your violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
any false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information submitted by you.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute resolution requirement, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal obligations, regulatory expectations, or business operations.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, application, email, or another appropriate channel.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
These Terms, together with any additional policies, product disclosures, partner terms, or specific service terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and EAZR regarding the Services, unless a separate written agreement applies.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of business.
